How long will it take to get my crate?
All Crates are made on demand. Please allow up to 10 working days for production time, then an additional 2-7 days for shipping, depending on your location.

Does the cost of the subscription include shipping and taxes?
Yes, shipping costs are included in the subscription cost. Taxes (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
If I subscribe to Fantasy AND Sci-Fi, how will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is FREE for our Crate subscribers.
Exclusive Discount
How will I receive my exclusive discount?
Your discount will be sent via email, to the email you subscribed with, within 2 working days of your order. If you have not received your welcome email please check your spam folder, or contact us here.
Every code is exclusive to that month. You will receive the next month’s code within the first two working days of the month.
What does my exclusive discount code apply to?
Your 20% discount code will apply to all paints and brushes offered on Only-games, and to both of the Creators featured that month.
Will my exclusive discount code be applied automatically?
No, your 20% off will not be applied automatically. You will need to apply the discount code at checkout.
Is my discount code stackable?
It is not stackable on top of other discount codes. It will combine with automatic discounts, such as automatic free shipping on orders over £60.
Painting Masterclass
When will I receive the Masterclass?
Please be aware the Masterclass may not be available on the 1st of the month. We aim to send out Masterclasses by the end of the calendar month.
How will I receive the Masterclass?
You will receive the Masterclass via email during the month.
Which model will be featured in the masterclass?
Two Thin Coats will produce a masterclass featuring one of the 6 models featured that month. The model will either be from the Sci-Fi or the Fantasy crate.
Please note: although the class may feature a model you haven’t ordered, it will still contain valuable painting tips for you to try out!
Your Subscription
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew on the 1st of the month, regardless of the date you subscribed.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in My Account > My Subscriptions.
How can I view my active subscriptions?
Keep track of your Crates subscriptions in My Account > My Subscriptions.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you want to change your address you need to let us know here. You should also change your address in Settings > My Adresses.
